Yes! Yoga is one of the best exercises you can do, alongside swimming and walking.

What are the benefits?

Latest research shows using yoga breathing and relaxation can help during labour and reduce interventions by 60%.

What equipment do I need?

A yoga mat or a folded blanket will do. A few pillows and another blanket for sitting/kneeling on. 

How long are the videos?

Short practices are 10-15mins or longer videos are 30-45mins. Guided relaxations are 15-20mins; perfect for bed time!
